John Laurienti started Paisano Sausage Company in Denver, Colorado in 1973. Since then, we have enjoyed bringing authentic Italian sausage and Italian food products to the public. Our sausage has become synonymous with quality. Kathy started working in the business in 1981 as a part time salesperson. She soon found that sales were not her forte and moved into the production side of the business. Kathy carried on the family tradition after her husband's passing in 2011.
